Course description

Our two-day MobileIron course, taught by Headtechnology technical experts, will provide you with all the information and hands-on experience you need to install, configure and administer your MobileIron environment.
Headtechnology is the Official Authorized Training Partner (ATP) for MobileIron.
We offer courses on the provided MobileIron plan, as well as develop a technical training plan for your needs

Requirements

  • Personal laptop to access the training material and lab environment
  • Supported mobile device (iOS and/or Android) for hands-on labs

  • Common problems during device registration
  • Working with labels and policies 
  • Distributing and managing enterprise applications
  • AppConnect and AppTunnel configurations (iOS and Android)
  • Android Enterprise 
  • COSU-mode (kiosk)
  • Help@Work (remote help)
  • Advanced Authentication Options (Certificate distribution, SSO with Kerberos)
  • MobileIron Core HA and DR 
  • The principle of problems diagnosing. Analysis of frequently asked questions and common problems. Troubleshooting tools
  • Gathering device, client and servers logs
  • How to work with Mobileiron support, MobileIron Community and University
  • Optional: Advanced OS — Windows10 and Mac OS
